Erneut haben Einbrecher die Tatsache zu nutzen versucht, dass BERLIN ASPIRE und die Hausverwaltung BEARM nichts für die Instandhaltung des Gebäudes tun.

Seit Monaten weisen Mieter_innen darauf hin, dass das Schloss der Haustür kaputt ist - und es geschieht nichts. Ebensowenig wurden andere Mängel beseitigt, die längst dokumentiert sind. Die Betriebskosten sind trotzdem stark angehoben worden. Die Hausbewohner_innen haben wegen der unhaltbaren Zustände jetzt die Wohnungsaufsicht alarmiert.

For months, tenants habe been poiting out, that that the lock of the front door is broken - and they did not do anything about it. Neither were any of the other defects fixed which have been repeatly reported to BEARM. The tenants now informed Berlin's apartment supervision authority about the intolerable conditions.
