Wer im Kiez lebt, wird gesehen haben, dass die Fassade der Reichenberger Strasse 114 immer wieder mit Graffiti in Solidarität mit den Mieter_innen versehen wird. Klar, weil BERLIN ASPIRE die Wohnungen teuer verkaufen will, stört sie das. BERLIN ASPIRE hat daher die Hausverwaltung BEARM beauftragt, alle Soli-Graffiti postwendend zu entfernen.
Damit sich alle ein Bild machen können, dokumentieren wir hier einige Eindrücke. Das gilt insbesondere für die Kaufinteressent_innen im In- und Ausland, denen die Wahrheit über die Widerstände der Mieter_innen vorenthalten werden soll.
Anyone in the neighborhood has probably noticed that the facade of Reichenberger Strasse 114 is often improved with graffiti in solidarity with the tenants. As BERLIN ASPIRE wants to sell the tenents' homes at maximum prize they need a conflict-free image. That is why they have instructed their property management BEARM to immediately remove all new solidarity graffiti.
