Neighbours probably noticed that the facade of Reichenberger Strasse 114 is often improved with graffiti in solidarity with the building's tenants. As BERLIN ASPIRE wants to sell the tenents' homes at a maximum prize, they rely on a conflict-free image. That's why they instructed their property management BEARM to immediately remove all graffiti. Recently, BERLIN ASPIRE had even all walls painted over in a hasty action (pretty sloppy by the way.) Is it because the want to get rid of the whole building after the Berlin parliament passed a new regulation of condominium conversion?
Anyway, the whitewashed walls didn't last for long. We have documented some impressions here. This might be particularly interesting for prospective buyers here and abroad. Be aware, BERLIN ASPIRE withholds the truth from you about the tenants resistance!
